Walking for charity, with purposeful partnerships

If you needed to sum it up quickly, trundl is all about motivating people to get walking outside and help some brilliant UK causes. As a walking for charity app, trundl effectively harnesses the power of one, multiplied many times.

Those many ‘ones’ are made up of trundl members – both individual and company subscribers – and, importantly, brand partnerships.

Shared values make the best partnerships

While it has required a more painstaking approach, all of trundl’s partners are chosen businesses who share our mission to make an impact on important causes. So, we’re really excited to announce our latest partnership with sock superstar Lucy, the great mind behind ‘Bare Kind’.  Without a doubt, Bare Kind is on a heartfelt mission to make a difference for animals, one pair of socks at a time.

trundl and Bare Kind: Making a difference with every charity walk

Not only do Bare Kind give 10% of the profits from each pair of socks sold to a charity that supports the animals featured on those socks.  They are also sponsoring the ‘Nature Go’ trundl that will raise funds for National Parks, Ramblers and Sussex Wildlife Trust.  And Bare Kind have an exclusive offer for trundl members, redeemable through the app. Which makes it a triple-win for the trundl community.

Hilary Mines, trundl’s founder, had this to say about the partnership:

‘We’re really excited that Bare Kind are joining up with trundl as a donation and member-offer partner.  Like trundl, they are on a mission to create a business that not only has a great product to offer, but also is set up to do good in the world, one pair of socks at a time.  Rather like trundl’s mission to do good, one walk at a time. For that reason, we’re hugely grateful for their donation support to our environmental and wildlife protection charities.  And we look forward to seeing lots more animals, on socks, out walking for charity soon’.

Whether it’s in wellies or trainers, a hike or just a dash to the shops under a brollie, every single walk with the trundl app will help our charity causes – and even more if you’re wearing some Bare Kind socks!
