Because movement matters. MOVE charity helps people impacted by cancer regain strength, confidence, and joy through physical activity. In the East Midlands, where cancer incidence is above the UK average, MOVE’s free support is a lifeline.

Your membership provides free trundl walking passes. They are given to local people impacted by cancer, helping them to regain strength, confidence, and joy through physical activity.

You can share your free trundl app passes so that your team can walk if they choose to, track their impact, and feel good.

trundl provides monthly community impact reports that track hours out in nature, Kms walked, CO2 savings and donations made to create a simple option for ESG/CSR B-Corp impact narrative.

Your help supports a young person 13-30 through the MOVE Online Programme, giving 1 to 1 structured rehab from a Cancer Rehab Specialist
