30 Days Wild With Sussex Wildlife Trust
30 Days Wild is The Wildlife Trusts’ annual nature challenge where they ask the nation to do one ‘wild’ thing a day every day throughout June.
A daily ‘wild’ activity can be anything you like. You might feed the birds while trundling in the park on one day (yes, it’s still good to feed birds in summer if using an appropriate mix!), you could find a (dog poo-free) slope to roll down with the kids on another or simply slip off your shoes to feel the grass between your toes while on a lunchtime trundl.
There’s no set structure, so you can take part in a way that suits you. Alongside benefiting your local wildlife, taking part in 30 Days Wild is scientifically proven to make you feel happier, healthier, and more connected to nature.
Anyone can take part in 30 Days Wild – the Wildlife Trust has resources for schools, care homes and businesses.
Sign up and receive a FREE pack in the post (or via email) and be inspired by lots of easy wilding activities.
And don’t forget to trundl and add your steps to the Sussex Wildlife Trust Community trundl fundraiser from 1st– 12th June 2022. Going wild has never been so rewarding!
